Custom PRO battle formats

I feel that having an additional battle format that allows players to pick which hulls and turrets are permitted in the battle would be great for finding the best of your arsenal in PRO Battles. Hence most players wouldn't hesitate too much about purchasing a hull or turret in their garage. It would keep the game less boring, in my opinion.

This idea's been suggested many times over the past several years but so far the only progress towards it is the XP/BP option. I completely agree that we need to extend this to other turrets and hulls too. Plus it would be a great way of keeping drugging Vulcans and Mammoths out :lol:

Because I have nothing better to do, I've taken the liberty of drawing a concept of what the idea might look like. With this you can click on any weapon symbol and it will turn greyscale to show that it is no longer allowed in that battle. I haven't done hulls yet since there's no easy way to add them here.

 

 

 

 

 

 

And here is an alternate version, a drop-down menu which is a lot more friendlier to the additional team battle options. It would also allow you to select hulls as well as turrets. What do you think?

I guess this is a good concept. Good idea. But only really for XP/BP battles only!
