In last weeks someone entered my account and spent over 510k crystals

I talked to help and the answer was the owner purchased we can't return you crystals in that case

I told him if it was true send me the IP of who purchased those items ,,,

even though I'm not stupid to collect 510k and spend them just before sales !!

all of us know that seymon is greedy and stingy those years

and he says for economical reasons and I think he is lying because

he is giving those who participte in clan wars , 5000$ and 8000$ ..

why are you giving this amount of money if tanki economy is going down ,, liar he just want us to spend more money on the game and giving us stupid sales with stupid kits ..

I already created a topic but a forum MOD closed it and said to me to talk to claim@tankionline,com

they didn't answer even if they answered are they going to return me my crystals ??

If you wrote to claim@tankionline.com, they will respond. It may take them some time, but they aren't going to ignore your messages. 

Also, Semyon does not own Tanki Online, he is not even a developer. Semyon is just the English Community Manager, in charge of coordinating the English Staff, making announcements, and of course the VLog. 

 

Have some patience; I'm sure that claim@tankionline.com will get back to you. After all, it has been less than a day since you wrote to them and unjustified claims that they will wait two months before responding are not problems we can resolve.
