No,  is no M4 is just M3+  or M3 fully micro-updated 

The PD (personal discounts) are just for basics M's  

For example if you have all turrets and hulls at M3 (or M3+)  except 1 turret, you will get the PD for that item .

You don't must play or do something. Is about luck . If first time when you login on game/day you see a box message for test drive or a simply text box discount, you will know.  The PD (personal discount is not everyday , you must wait day after day after day.... until you will see it.

More importantly, personal discounts will combine with garage promotions, product kits and discounts given for fully micro-upgrading parameters of turrets and hulls.

 

The system for test drives and personal discounts is another way of getting equipment at favorable prices, which also gives you a chance to test out a turret or a hull that you haven’t yet purchased. We do hope that you will enjoy these new features.

But I thought Tanki hates us and wants us to take all of our money! Could this possibly mean that... *GASP*.... they don't?!

No, no information about that but every player knows how many item will be.

 

For example, if you don't have  M3 Rail, M3 Wasp. M3 Mamo,   and you have necessary rank for those items , guess how many DP you can get ?

 

Right  = 3 PD  

When ?  you don't know because DP came on luck. 

 

So, i guess or i do the simple math  ?

 

For example:  do your math .  How many M2 available items you can buy, how many M3 available items you can buy  @ your rank  ?

the result of that will be you answer .

Not trying to take side here but...

I have everything, and I have never gotten a single discount.

So if it only works on hulls/turrets you never purchased, how does this benefit the older players?

I personally think they should have SOMETHING, a special paint or a veteran rank that's after generalismo but takes a gazillion XP to achieve.

I hat to bring up older players, and this is a nice update for the newcomers, but he's kind of right.

I really like this update, because sometimes we , tankers buy some turrets or hulls and then realize that we dont like it and we just like "suffer" coz of that , this update will give us a chance to buy what we like and what we play well with :) Keep it up guys :) ;)
