The (58) is the time....58 seconds....If you don't accept it the test in 58 seconds, the test will disappear.

However, the discount will still be provided to you for the specified time period.

This is actually available for ALL ranks....but its just a matter if rare luck, that you get it...

I have seen pics of people getting M0 hulls for test drives...and that's possible if he is a very low ranked...

On my alt account my rank is two times lower than yours. I got an offer for a m1 Firebird,it was 15% off. So lower ranks get them also

It is great tanki is adding more and more features. As a programmer myself, the more features you add, the more cpu you use, especially with new features like missions? So it is possible that you guys are overloading the servers beyond its capacity? Is tanki becoming cheap? Nowadays lag has become so bad, there are days i tried like 10 games, but had to leave midway in all of them.. I am considering World of Tanks..
