Ahh man.. Back in my days, you had to go through all the M's.

Don't think I don't have any M1s; I still use my M1 Firebird for deathmatches (it is better than Isida m2). I have enough money for the m2, just waiting for a sale and to rank up X2.

Yeah, but just the ability to skip M's to save some crystals.

It's a welcome update, though I wish they had introduced this a bit sooner- maybe the economics weren't fit for such an update yet.

At the moment, I will still be going through each modification for my main turrets, but I guess that when (if) I get to the high ranks then I will just buy the m3 straight off.

This is a permanent feature to Tanki; for the rest of the time you play this game you will have the chance to get a personal discount or test drive (at least until Unity).

hey, so i saw the post about Test Drives being releases and was pumped. But, ever since they have been released, i have not gotten a single test drive or discount at all. Was just wondering whats with this and why i am not getting anything. Thanks.

They cant give them away remember. They need to be somewhat rare otherwise its like having a 20-50% sale on 1 item every week or so.

You know, they should sell Random sale passes. Say you buy one for 5000 crystals, and it can be a sale from 1% to 50%. Naturally the 50% sale would have a probability of 1%, so on the average you would need to spend 500k crystals to get it and it would be on a random item: turret, hull, or paint in your rank, valid for one day.

 

Isn't that a good way to rip off people?

If you read the first page, or everyone else's comments you will figure out that it is random upon entering the game or when entering a battle for the TD. You aren't likely to get it often at all, so don't worry about whether it works or not; it will.

So the only difference is a huge chunk of crys, and still the same stats.

All XT's now cost 500k.
