I need help

For some reason, I cannot connect to tanki on my computer right now. It works perfectly fine on my laptop, but not on my other computer. I think ports that are used to play this game are blocked, and I would like to know how to open them so that I can play tanki again :D

Btw, I'm using Windows 7, and my ISP is Verzion

This is a known problem, and if you are experiencing a error message saying connection closed just after you log-in then do the following.

 

1) Clean your browser's Cookies, If you don't delete your cache or history it doesn't matter, the problem is being caused by the Cookies.

 

2) Delete your Flash Cache and Cookies by using the following link

 

http://www.adobe.com/go/settmgr_storage_en

 

When that page fully loads you will see a button named Delete all Sites. Click it then click confirm and now, Try to log in again. If there is still a Problem kindly contact help@tankionline.com
