Grey screen while playing in stand alone flash player

Getting a grey screen while playing, specifically when re-spawning. I use the standalone flash player. the chat works and I can also see the game logs but nothing else works. Attached a screenshot too. really looking for some help. Tried clearing the browser cache, flash cache, temp files. works for some time then again the same issue. Not sure what else I could try.

This is error is caused by a visualization engine problem when mouse control is enabled in settings.

Try to turn off the Mouse Control option in the settings menu. If you are using shaft — then you can try to hold space and then self-destruct.

It is frustrating when this happens in standalone flash player because it is impossible to refresh. If you are not using standalone flash player, simply refresh the page and the problem should be fixed. Alternatively, in standalone flash player, you can attempt to reload the exact server you were in before the screen turned grey. This should automatically place you in the battle you were in without losing your score.
