Defence and attack are both keys to victory in a match

 

lets talk about defence

 

In a match defence and attack are keys to victory

 

Defence depends on situation of a battle

 

like i am going to tell u some situations and solutions that i think :)

 

1- you are loosing a match

2- your wining a match

3- the match is tie

4-its a one sided match (your winning)

5-its a one sided match (your loosing)

 

answers

 

1- if your loosing you should concentrate on attack more than defence but defence is important too like if many of the team attacksand you take the flag when u come back you dont see your flag on flag post u cant capture so in this situation 4 out of 10 should attack and one of em should be a isida and rest attack can help a lot

 

2- if your winning you should focus on defence more than attack cause if all of u attack that can cost you so u should concentrate on not letting your enemy take flag (im not saying dont attack attack but concentrate more on defence)

 

3- a tough match is alway tie if u wonna win i think you should balance both of em according to position

 

4- if its obvios your winning then maybe i think u dont need a lot of defence go in enemy base and attack and earn some score but defence si still important here as some one can sneak in and get your flag B) 

 

5- one sided matches your loosing hmm in many occasions all your team sticks on defence wich is not good cause if you even succeed in not letting them capture your flag your still gonna loose so defence and attack both should be balance like 6 on defence and rest 4 on attack with an isida is gonna be cool

shafts are too make positions and cover and shoot i dont think its not made for the porpose of guarding your flag do u agree

Lower ranks don't see enough good heavy players. Having a heavy or two in a CTF can turn how a battle is played. I would totally use Titan/Mammoth with Smoky at some point (maybe I'll get them at M3 in the far future) if just to fill a niche role in a battle every now and then.

i use my m4 thunder and upgraded m2 mammoth in ctf games

i actually enjoy  playing a defensive role

nothing better than watching a hornet coming for the flag and me sitting right on top of it with double armour and double damage in play

not the sort of thing you want to see when trying to take a flag

but i must say when in defensive role a freindly isida next to you is a great help

first i thought of it but then i thought some guns realy arnet for such defence like shaft u cant sit on a flag with shaft u know or guarding it and it is also possible that people dont read the complete question like i said for defence people may only tick answer not for defence but any way ive included all the guns

Shaft is a defensive turret, though, but not for sitting on the flag, but by by sniping the enemy base before they even approach the base, or covering choke points in the middle. ;) (you can also cover the flag from a distance)

A Shaft can be really helpful as defender in Highland CTF, try it.

When defending properly you must forget about experience points. You will hardly finish at first place. However your death/kill ratio will be awesome.

I use firebird-viking for defence and it is a gorgeous combo, sometimes I attack , like in the start of the battle and somewhere in the middle or I always defend ( this for sandbox )
