Won`t get crystals back after hacker has spent?

Okay i sent an email to tanki saying i was hacked and they said they cant do refunds when items are bought by a hacker and its been over 2 months and yeah.... Yeah its been a month till i got this account back yeah they said they cant refund me as its been over 2 months :/

i was hacked for 2 years if you get me but i wrote this to the helpdesk and whats your point of view shall i get a refund or not? I think i should as its not my fault, read this. I wrote it caps cause i was outraged by the email they had sent me and i was trying to make it look like i was angry, which i am.

WHAT THE HECK, I WAS HACKED FOR OVER 2 YEARS,I THOUGHT I COULDNT RECIEVE IT BACK SO I HAD A SHOT AFTER 2 YEARS AND GUESS WHAT I GET MY ACCOUNT BACK! THIS IS OUTRAGES ITS NOT MY FAULT WHEN ITS BEEN OVER 2 YEARS SINCE I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK, HOW AM I I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT THE HACKER HAS SPENT??!

I WANT MY CRYSTALS BACK, ITS UNFAIR, LETS SAY THE HACKER HACKED ME FOR 6 MONTHS HE BOUGHT STUFF AND THEN WHEN I GET MY ACCCOUNT BACK I CANT GET THE CRYSTALS BACK CUZ I WAS HACKED FOR A LONG PEROID OF TIME. ITS LIKE SAYING WHAT WAS 3RD WEAPON YOU BOUGHT, YOU WOULDNT  GET THE ANSWER  STRAIGHT AWAY AS YOU HAVE BEEN HACKED FOR YEARS WOULD YOU, BLOODY HELL

ALSO IT HAS ONLY BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK :/

RETURN MY CRYSTALS BACK

THIS IS STUPID

WHAT IF SOMEONE HACKED U YESTERDAY, RECIEVED YOUR ACCOUNT 6 MONTHS LATER AND THE HACKER BOUGHT AN ITEM STRAIGHT AFTER YOU GOT HACKED AND YOU RECEIVE YOUR ACCOUNT 6 MONTHS LATER?

I WOULD HOPE YOU WOULD GIVE A REFUND TO ME AS ITS UNFAIR ON MY POINT OF VIEW AND I CONSIDER YOUR ARE BEING SELFISH AS IT HASNT BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS TILL I RECIEVED MY ACCOUNT

It may seem unjust, but if crystals have disappeared from your account over two months ago, the help desk can't return them. 

This is a general policy of the help desk and applies to all users. It would not be fair of them to make an exception in your case. If they make an exception for you, then they will need to make exceptions for everyone else, which will not happen.

 

On the contrary, you should consider yourself very fortunate to have reclaimed your account after two years.

This. Also remember that, nor on Forum nor in Chat, you will find someone able to resolve this kind of issues, you must contact the Tech Support (help@tankionline.com) to resolve it. If they deny your request again then it means that no one is able to fullfil it, sorry :)
