Upcoming Team Tournament

Dear Friends,

 

We would like to hear your opinion about the upcoming team tournament, which was mentioned in the  V-LOG: Episode 61

 

What is planned:

 

Tournament format

 

- Xp / bp in CTF mode;

- All guns, all tanks but no protective paints in CTF mode;

- All guns, all tanks, all paints (excluding special paints) in CP mode;

 

The format is chosen by team captains by crossing out method, before the start of the battle.

 

Maps:

 

Iran, Kungur, Rio, Serpuhov, Osa, Parma, Barda.

 

As you can see some of these maps have not been featured in major eSports events in a long time. We included them as an experiment.

 

 

Required ranks for participants: [rank = 20] Major to [rank = 30] Generalissimo

 

One of the main conditions for the participation in the tournament is that players should an email address linked to their accounts.

( well may be not, we'll let you know what happens with that )

 

As for prizes, starting from a certain stage of the tournament teams will be awarded a certain amount of crystals for each fight they win. The more a team progresses through the tournament, the bigger they can expect their prize to be and the overall winner will also be getting a bonus paint.

If you win how much  crystals will you get? Does the team have to be on the forum or SL. Everything is major to genarsiallmo will it ever bee changed? I mean like [rank 18] or [rank 19] to the next highest rank you can reach

In all honesty, cybersport keeps changing people like me who dred SL for being boring don't see much difference here we just want 2-3 formats but all included so we get a taste of everything not just light or med or xp etc. 

Medium was fun back in the day but now on RU2 which was the Medium server since RU4 was drugs but now if we go to ru 2 there are just as many 234 battles as medium battles so shouldn't drugs be in the formats as well? I've noticed since hard style a lot of old players have come back with the hope of seeing something like CC8 but it's not happening

Plus how would being bias towards railgun prove the best clan... medium is the most fair... don't be sad that ur clan can't shoot a shaft properly

INV won all daily cups except 1 or 2 and they are playing both cups on same day. It's the best clan of Daily Cups. Wonder why your clan doesn't play that. You have all en community in your clan.

Because it's not light format and it's not hard format.

I am also American and in school during weekdays in the morning, and don't have time for a meager prize fund of daily cups for 5 or 6 hours of work.

Those are well thought format.

 

XP/BP is specially made for you people because majority of players play XP/BP.

 

All turrets/hulls for those who are fed of XP and want to try something else.

I don't know about the format.... I mean, if someone played all XP/BP for example, and in the final their opponents cross out XP/BP, then they have to play a different format they might be noob in..... When there could be a better team instead of them, and the final would be way more interesting...

 

Obviously it is just an example and I don't think that many will play all XP/BP ofc, but it could be possible that there will be a lot of games on XP/BP by a team, and then play a CP mode only once for example, which they are bad in, but still won cos opponents are noobs or something... They have played in it, but it still doesn't mean that that team is good in it...

 

I really love the fact that crystals are being sent in an efficient way, that way this will encourage more people to take part, even if they think they have no chance of winning the actual tourney

 

I hope there won't be many F/Ws and that the players who enter, use a correct format of registration and the idea of linking their emails is a good one to help reduce F/Ws imo ;)

 

 

I think it is a good tourney regarding prizes, and great to see a paint will be given too :) it is just that there are 3 formats which can be chosen by the teams that is a bit odd.... I am not sure about that :( but I like the fact that there are varying tourneys coming along, can't wait :D
