/vote report aint even working???

i wanted to report  guy using invisible hacks or whatever killed me 50 times no1 could see him and nothing happend,so i went in chatroom told to some lazzy mods they didnt wana answer to me i guess to lazzy becouse they were there and answerd on any other question(easy questions about discount and stuff like that) but nothing about my problem......

 

Gameplay should be on first place for mods and anyone else who is working for to just sayin people leaving game and not coming back move yourself!!!

1. mods are busy and may take time to come on ur report

2. are u sure it was invisible hack? because there is a similar type of lag out there

As answer, know that the only moderators that can handle these problems are the chat moderators, and that there aren't many of them. They have a lot of other things to do, and can not be online all the time. Moreover, know that if you are the only person having voted him, the report will not be sent. You need more than one report.

They have a lot of other things to do, and can not be online all the time. Moreover, know that if you are the only person having voted him, the report will not be sent. You need more than one report.

yea there was 2 chat mods but they  are just 2lazy to check anything and thx for answer

Our moderators are not lazy and are not discriminating against you. In order for a battle to be marked for moderators, more than 25% of the players in a battle need to /vote the violator. Also, keep in mind that our moderators are busy and may not have the time to investigate a marked battle or examine battles posted in chat. If a moderator does not come to a battle, you can still report the violator via means of a recording or screenshots. Further information can be found here.

Your problem is not a technical problem, so there is not much we can help you with. It is known that the /vote command is rarely very useful, but it is better than nothing.

If 25% of the players (or more) in the same battle reports the same players, a moderator spectates the battle and punishes the violator.

Post the link of battle on the server chat and ask for help, it usually works for me.

Game Violators (Battles' Moderators) take care of battles in two different ways - entering "voted" battles (if at least 25% of the players (or more) in the same battle reported the same player) or through a special form which is given to Chat Moderators (if someone notify to a Chat Moderator that someone is making a Game violation, the Chat Moderator will report it to  Game Violators).

Unfortunately, the Group is still not able to watch all voted and reported battles, but it usually checks around 400/500 battles per day.

In your case, I suppose that there were technical issues (i.e. lags), the so called "invisibility hack" do not exist anymore.
