Why do i keep getting this message "Link you have passed by is corrupted" when i i try to change my password or e-mail ? so i go to Tanki click options and than go change password or email and when i go to my email i click the link it sends me to the Tanki Online game on Miniclip and i get this message: http://prntscr.com/8rc1bf

Link for changing the password that you have sent expired so just send it again.

Hello, tankers!

I've been going through all this problems and solutions section lately, and I've found that some players are having issues while changing their e-mail and passwords if their account is linked with Miniclip - Miniclip users have a slightly different link they receive through their e-mails and sometimes it does not load, sometimes it shows a fatal error etc. So I'll be showing you in detailed guide on how to solve this issue.

 

First off, you request an e-mail change from your account;

 

Next, you go to your e-mail and you find a link like this:

 

Copy it in notepad and select the first part:

 

Change it to www.tankionline.com, like this:

 

Then copy the whole link and paste it in the URL bar of your browser, it should take you to the Tanki Online's home website, then just click on the 'Play' button:

 

Wait for the loading to finish and you should have a screen like this:

 

And that's it! Just change your e-mail or enter a new password and click save - you're done.

 

Errors that are often faced while changing your e-mail and password through the above method:

 

This is a very common error - to solve it, you need to request a new link from your account, the link automatically expires after a given time. So no need to worry if you get this error, just request a new link and do the same method shown above - it will work.

 

This error occurs when you type in an e-mail which is linked to another account in Tanki Online. To solve it, just type in an e-mail which has not been linked to any account in the game. Oh, and be sure to request a new link if you face this error, because the same link will not work again.

Eh same happened to me, I gave up at changing my reset pass and to this very day I still use the reset pass ._. memorizing random numbers and letters ;P
