Getting insulted when I catch a gold box

Yesterday I caught a gold box on Polygon CP and I had two players calling me a hacker and trying to use the /Vote command to get me banned :rolleyes:

 

This is just flat out annoying and the constant insults spoil the game for me.

 

I think I will turn the chat off as soon as I log in in future. I would turn it off permanently, but I don't know how to?

You must know how to ignore them. Turning off chat is not that good thing to do.

Try to do this, 4/5 will stop.

So: If you took Gold and someone will start, say that you weren't hacking and stop chatting. Let him (or them) say whatever they want DON'T react anymore. You should know that without proof you CANNOT be banned. If they start to vote don't be worried. It's just jealousy from them and they want you leave map or say that you were hacking (they wanna win by psychical way). If they will not stop after voting or they will be saying the same turn off your chat in that battle. After you leave, turn it on back.

If they are using bad words, you can report it here. And other solution is, of course, ignore button or literally ignore them :)

Of course you should report things, but just mentioning that something is happening somewhere isn't helpful. It's on the same level as saying to the police that someone somewhere is stealing something, they can agree with you that it's a bad thing, but can't do anything about it. You have to be a lot more specific.

 

In the case of someone saying bad things about you it's probably necessary that you mention who it is though. Please do report it in the 'Chat Violations' section.
