Yes , There will be new props too , like ramp , roof , physics game .

Yes if you still have lag make new wind.. and you can open tanki online from Flash player stand alone from tanki online site http://help.tankionline.com/topic/623849-what-is-standalone-flash-player/ or join in the battle and wait for 2 minutes without moving ,tis is the simple ways to fix lag... :)

We all know that most part of turrets have an effective range (eg: Twins does its maximun damage from 0 to 15 meters) But I have no idea what is 15 meters in Tanki.

From 0 to 15 m this is a greatest damage on the enemy, to 16 m can not affect the enemy it degrades the enemy near 15 m be your ability to althair it and so when using twin stay near enemy can influence him strongly and far exceeded the 15 m in Twins M3 _ go to garage and look to Twins M0 and M1 and M2 and M3 _ M3= 15.5 ...etc...
