why hand it out now when you can get the m3 at a lower rank and same with nano and m3 smokey ...

if you want players to get this kit try lowering the rank so they can buy it... what i mean is

nano paint you can get it at.........Marshal

 

sure the deal is good but it should be way before these ranks not after when your a field marshal

The reason you can buy it when all items can already be bought separately is because besides the early unlocking, there are still other bonuses in buying a kit, such as a sale and convenience, so many players may still want to purchase it at this rank.
