There are 2 points you have to take note.

 

1. "It hasn't been decided yet whether current progress will be moved to the new version of Tanki or not."

 

Isn't this clear enough for you? A transfer hasn't been confirmed. Plus, that was June 2015, it may be obsolete.

Remember when account transfers were promised during Apr 2014? Now they changed their mind!

 

2. "It will either be a complete transfer of current progress, or as many goodies as possible for old players."

 

Keyword -> "either".

It may be a transfer, but it may also be some compensation for our hard work, which is not a transfer.

 

All in all, it hasn't been decided yet.

Mr Semyon Kirov said clearly "rest assured" - so I am certain about a transfer in one form or another (directly or indirectly - a conversion of the cost of the garage into the TOU currency, whatever it may be)

What if the "goodies" they mentioned of is something like:

 

1. Recruit to Sergeant Major: 5000cry

2. Warrant Officers: 20000cry

…and so on.

 

That, is not a transfer.

Well, this clears all doubts we had about this topic.

We now know, that Tanki is going to try its very best to give us back our accounts and if it is not able to do that we are going to get goodies, which will be equivalent to the stuff which we have done in the old TO.

Since when do devs give a single damn about credit or trust? They ruined that 'trust' long ago already. If you're around here for a while you would know that.

My main request, above all else, is that Tanki X allows for precipitation on maps. The beauty of rain on a grassy field is breathtaking. Throw in a herd of sparring tanks and you have a recipe for awesome.

Ohh you'll be suprised what your laptop can do. Unity is much better optimized than Flash.

Do not worry, if you can run Tanki at decent FPS then you will be able to run Tanki X at decent FPS

The nicknames transfer has to be mandatory ,and i believe it will be done because it does not affect in any way the economics  of the game .

The game progress is another story ,it will be a reduced transfer .

 

This is how i think it will be done .

Transfer of ranks:

- a generalissimo it will not begin from private rank but at an higher rank let"s say ....third lieutenent

-a smaller rank of Brigadier it will start from warrant oficer  1 .

Probably it will be a reduced transfer of items from garage to .
