Maybe it will increase the popularity a little bit..and it can be known to a greater audiance..

This is a question I've been asking for along time so I'm asking again is Tanki X going to be free to play game on the Internet or is it going to be a download then play game? If you know write that it will be both or that it is just a download game.

Tanki X will have to be downloaded as a separate application. You won't be able to play it through a browser.

I am currently a beta tester for Tanki X.

 

In my experience with an extremely low-spec computer rigging, the game can not get past 18 FPS on Very Low graphics, which is nigh but unplayable. I am unaware if this is a side-effect of the automatic graphic settings or the lack in optimization.

 

On Tanki Online, with the lowest graphics possible, I can achieve an FPS of 60 under less than optimal conditions. This leaves Tanki Online as a clear superior to the newer of the games simply because of my ability to play it. A graphically inferior game is always better than a beautiful piece of glorified Unity art.

The lowest graphics settings available still include several unnecessary graphical features, such as particle effects and dramatic lighting. I have also found that the immense amounts of animated forestry is contributing to my lack of frames. Personally, I would find it extremely helpful to make manual control over independent graphical settings available to players, as well as being able to toggle the animations associated with the tress and bushes, if at all possible. All in the name of frames, of course.

For me, they look like mixed up :D Last one looks like Major, the opposite to Major looks like Field Marshal lol :P

Tankers, we understand that many of you have questions in regards to our last updates, especially about the rank icons. We are happy to tell you that a more detailed description, you will get in our next Dev. Diary.

We will talk about all the 100 ranks, their categorization, how fast can you reach the last one and what will you get on your road to the top.

Please note, that the icons within the battle, will soon be replaced with some better and more polished versions of them.

I think there are too many, it will be confusing. I'm sure that it won't take 3x as much time to reach the highest rank, but about the same time or maybe even a lot less.

And the icons defenitely need reworking, this is just ugly and not clear enough, some rank icons seem to have very little difference. Curious too see how they'll edit them. :)

I agree that there are too many and I also agree that there are very little differences between them. It will be very confusing. Most of them are similar shapes but different shades of silver/bronze.

it does not take years to rank in gizmo .. you can do it now in 82 days or as long as u want.. i did it in just about 3 months..

 

and it all depends with the new tanki x if they still plan on transferring accounts over of not..

 

 

in the new one if you count there is 56 ranks from start to finish and its 26 more then what we have now..

 

it also depends on the exp bar if its longer or shorter for ranking each level

I agree that there are too many and I also agree that there are very little differences between them. It will be very confusing. Most of them are similar shapes but different shades of silver/bronze.

Also, they are not even beautiful.. Imagine, you almost reached the last rank, you're super excited, get those last points and the next thing that happens is seeing that ugly icon flying to above.. Great dissappointment, you quit TX and you'll fall into a depression..
