I really like the look of Titan in Tanki X now that it's a medium, it has good armor and seems to have decent speed too, I might give it a try with Thunder. Will Paints still be the same in the new game? What about turret and hull specs other than Titan and Dictator? I think that turrets and hulls should all unlock at the same rank, and be the same price. I never liked how some unlocked much earlier and were cheaper than others, it seemed kind of unfair and arbitrary.

I think the developers of Tanki Online have forgot about...Tanki Online. They don't fix the lags, which have happened for months, they don't deal with the mults, etc.

does anybody know if i can play tankix on a chromebook when it comes out? i do not want to have to buy a whole new computer just to download unity and play a FREE game. tanki should have made it to where tankix would be on standalone flashplayer. ill probably just keep playing the current game as it is a good rank and i dont want to start over. i understand that tanki will reimburse all the crystals bought and spent? does this include every single purchase i ever made? then i would have like 350,000 crystals on my tankix account. and will anybody even still play the current game when tankix comes out? as it is i will not be playing tankix. i reserved my nickname just so nobody else could impersonate me or take my hard-earned nickname, but i do not intent to actually play tankix. will any of you play tankix or just keep playing in the current game? also state your opinions about the whole tankix thing.

 

edit: i feel like the name for tankix wasnt really well thought out, i think they couldve come up with something beter

First off, I hope I'm not breaking any forum rules, just tell me if I did.

 

 

 

Question: When TankiX comesout, will TO "die out" like many other pvp games? And so, is it worth spending time?

Tanki online flash is from 2007,9 years of a flash game activity!

Is very good but its end will come soon unfortunately....

And i am pretty sure Tanki will do somehow to please all players,but we will see,nobody knows a answer at Tanki x transfer...

If you get chosen (which might take a while), they'll send you an email with instructions and a one-time use invite code. My understanding is that you'll then be able to download the game client and can then use the code to create/activate? your TX testing account.

A summary of the Q & A Session:

 

1. After at least one month the closed beta tests

( the one you can still sign up for: http://tankix.com/en/ )

will start.

So most likely the closed beta will start somewhere in Februari 2016.

 

2. Don 't expect new turrets and hulls in Tanki X soon.

Won 't surprise me if they do introduce them, we are already

talking about 2017.

 

3. Tanki X will be a client game, no browser game like TO is:

which means that you will first have to install it.

 

This shouldn 't be much of a problem for the majority of players and will afaik

also translate in lesser glitches and lags: which is good ofcourse.

(Unity 's Web plug-in isn 't up to the task yet and afaik won 't be for

a very long time, if ever...)

 

4. Dictator will switch roles with Titan in TX.

According to the Devs this is done because they want to assign hulls

to the three different categories purely based on their size.

Dictator is bigger than Titan: so Dictator will become a heavy in TX and

Titan will be a medium hull.

 

 5. When activating supplies the appearance of a combo changes as can be

seen in the TX videos.

TX does also have some ideas about how to indicate an active repair kit,

but nothing final yet.

We 'll be informed when they have choosen one.

 

6. Parkour will not dissapear in TX but there will be subtle differences:

a different game engine does imply different game physics.

 

7. Tanki X and Tanki Online will both be supported: time (how long) will tell imo.

 

8. The initial six Maps in the open testing will be:

Sandbox, Kungur, Silence, Rio, Massacre, Iran and Massacre.

 

9. The prices of Tanki X will be revealed at the start of the open testing.

Further: again no info about account transfers.

 

10. Tanki X currently has five presets of graphic quality:

"very low", "low", "medium", "high" and "ultra".

The preset "very low" will allow TX to run smoothly on

laptops that don 't have a dedicated graphics card.

And this can only become better because the game is not optimized yet.

This disappoints me, if dictator swaps places with titan it will cause major problems for the players, dictator has always been a medium hull similar to viking but with a different persona. That just takes the creativity away from the hulls yet again

I saw a few testers playing it! I got one word for TX "Amazing" I think that will be the best Tank game ever! I hope they beat WoT because TO/TX are much more fun... And as i saw TX that was awesome... I hope it will be released soon...

I'm am assuming that sense Tanki X at the moment is a Download Only game that yes you will be able to play Tanki X on a chromebook

You need to be invited in order to get the download link. No one knows yet if we will need to start the game again or no, more news about TankiX will be released in the upcoming V-LOGs.
