Dear Tankers,

We are very happy that we have reached this important stage in the development of Tanki X. Just like you, we are full of excitement and can't wait to see the improvement it will bring to the game. 

I would like to welcome our new community members and wish them a pleasant stay. Don't hesitate to contact me or our helpful moderators in case you require assistance. 

I see that a some of you are somehow disappointed, but you should not be. Look at how much progress we did up until now and we will continue doing our very best to see the game fully functional before the official launch. A decent number of features in the game were introduced because of you, guys. A lot of bugs were fixed because of your invested time. For us, this counts for a lot and we are very thankful to you. 

I would also like to point out that the Open Beta, just like the Closed Beta, is still a testing environment, with its own testing purpose. During this stage we are going to focus on testing the servers capacity and optimizing them accordingly. Most of you are still going to experience lags and what not, hopefully it will be only for the first part of this stage. Of course features are going to be added and bugs are going to be fixed.

Now, our studio did a very good job with Tanki Online and we are going to the same with Tanki X.

The game has a huge potential and we would be very glad and happy to see everyone of you supporting and helping us during this important stage, just like many of you did during the Closed Beta Testing. 

I hope to see each and every one of you on this forum in several months and further, enjoying the game fully and knowing that each and every one of you had an important role in the development of a great game, Tanki X.

I reserved my TO nickname for TankiX earlier when that was possible. I remember it said my reservation was successful. Now I have downloaded TankiX and was going to try it out, but when I try to sign up with my TO account, it asks for a reservation code (I guess that proves my reservation earlier was successful, right?). I have not received such a code or at least I cannot find an email containing it. So how can I recover it?

 

Another thing: I tried to ask this question in TankiX's support pages, but there it is mandatory to fill in a valid TankiX user name in the customer support contact form. Have you thought that it might be quite impossible to fill one in if the issue concerns signing up?

Keep trying. Without that code, you cannot use the nickname and you'll have to create an account with another nickname.

Maybe try using search function in your email and type ''Tanki X'' and see what it finds.

Thank you for your suggestions but I'm not a complete novice with computers, I can make my email client search emails. I do not have that email. Either I have never received it or it has been accidentally deleted. A couple of my friends also successfully reserved their TO accounts but they do not have that email either.

 

So there is no backup mechanism for getting to use the TO account in TankiX? I would assume there should be as I am still using that TO account in TO, and as it has been successfully reserved it should be available for me also in TankiX.

The only way you can use your reserved nickname is by using the reservation code. In any case, it's just the nickname you've reserved not anything else. Just create a new account with some other nickname.

Suggestion: Start working on a fix to get rid of all the noob hackers that are in CTF. They take the flag and cap it all in an instant. Want your game to succeed, get rid of the hackers first. Not playing anymore until this is taken care of.

Is it me or does the Tanki X trailer seem a bit too good to be true??? I mean come on the trailer was awesome.... And I have my doubts about its gameplay. But then again... it took Call of duty Black Ops 3 ages to come out. In Tanki X we need new game modes better weapons that actually make you fly when you die. I've watched TO trailer. Come on you don't really fly across the battlefield when you lose the flag and die.

The kill feed is annoying to look at, people can easily miss gold boxes, just like I did, and it sometimes displays late once someone is killed.
