Wiki mods/admins help me.

Turrets with min/max DMG shoots like rail.

Why has max DMG while we can't even reach? I mean my rail never touched the maximum DMG hit but always touch the min DMG always.

Unfair fake detail. They should change parameters and decrease rail max DMG for all modifications by 100 DMG points or more to be real.

Thanks

The max and min damage provides a bracket of possible damages for players to reference, and it is possible that you will never reach either the max damage or the min damage. Also, consider the fact that many turrets have a range of max damage, and as soon as you get out of the range the max damage will not be achievable. Edited by rus0806

Also, consider the range of max damage since many turrets have a designated range for the max damage to occur, and as soon as you get out of that range the max damage will not be achievable

Not for Railgun though. It, along with Shaft's scope mode and Magnum have infinite range.

So I want to calculate how much it cost to max my new saboteur drone. But the new drones are not added to the Micro-upgrades of Drones page on wiki. I hope you will add it soon!

Topic merged

The MU prices are exactly the same for all drones. The new drone MU tables will be added soon, but for the time being just use any other drone MU table.

The English Wiki Page will have these new information added very soon, so you can either wait for it or look at the statistics in the russian page. After all, the statistics are the same, even if the languages aren't.

Here is the updated drones page, with all the new drones, and I have no doubt that the wiki editors are working on adding all the alterations.

okay apart from the above mistakes... other than the ricochet "berserk" alteration... THE ENTIRE ALTERATIONS PAGE ISN'T UPDATED ACCORDING TO PATCH UPDATE #345!! http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=377990

i don't understand how this can be possible considering your alterations page was update after the patch update happened!

next time when you update something please read and check what you write..

Stay calm. They don't have all day to be on Wiki editing. They also have to focus on life and other things. Give them some time, they will eventually update it.

they take 5 days to add the alterations... and when they finally do it they need a forum troll to tell them their goof ups!?

if they don't have time to do their job then what's the point of holding the job!? the best way they can help is to leave and let someone who has the time take their place.

It is not our wiki team's fault that it takes a while to update the wiki. They simply have to wait to receive the official translations from the TO headquarters. Without those, there's nothing they can do, no matter how much they want to get the wiki up to date.

I think you have your finger pointing onto the wrong people.

As Hexed wrote (quote below), they EN wiki guys receive official translations from the office (in Russia). So I guess your complaints (very late provision of translation, mistakes) is best placed at Cedric's office, as he could tell the Russian dev's in charge to please rethink their way to release information.

Thank you for the offer, but we will receive official translations straight from the office.  :)

So as said, you are welcome to support that proposal from the players point of view, and Cedric is your adress - not the Wiki Editors

Basically, the Russian Wiki page gets put up first, and after the page has been translated it will be given to the English Wiki team, whom will add it onto the EN Wiki. Without the translations, the English Wiki editors won't have accurate information.

patch notes came outefore they updated it. patch notes is officlal. with the patch notes they could have added the updated stats directly instead of the outdated ones first before changing.

I ask that they take the extra time to read and check for mistakes when they update. obviously they don't do that. otherwise they'd have noticed the increase max range by 100%  -_-  -_-  -_- anyone knows that firebird or freeze can't shoot targets 40 meteres away.

As CooperO said, the wiki editor team post the recieved translations onto the English Wiki from the Russian Wiki Administrators, to keep both wikis (RU/EN) the same.

The "Wiki's Hub" topic in the forum is to suggest problems which might occur, either being a typo or a translation error.

It takes time to translate and remember, the wiki editors do not have text-boxes to type in. The wiki editors use a coding language similar to HTML in which they need to modify, and modifying codes and checking at the same time that you haven't broken anything is hard and time consuming. Also, you need to keep in mind that they do not recieve payment for doing all the hard work. It is a voluntary job, and all these hard working helpers are no different from any other tankers. They need time to do their own things, relax etc...

Rushing them will not help even a tiny bit.

patch notes

We know that the Patch Notes are official, but this is not the protocol we have to follow. We simply received poor translations, and those too a couple days late.
