Product kits no longer cycle through the Garage in a fixed manner - the whole rotation is random, and hence, there is no way to predict which kits will be available in one rotation and which ones in the next rotation.

Well, just add it with your own summary and no image with "???" name just to attract new visitors. :P

Please add "Lucky 7" in Other Paints/Tournament Paints.

No, we won't add anything unofficial on our own. We only update the Wiki after we get the official files and texts from the developers. As for your Lucky 7 suggestion, it will be added soon.
