All profiles will be publicly visible, which means you’ll be able to view the profile of any tanker, whether he’s on your friends list or not. To do that, you will simply need to find his page using the search feature on the site, or by clicking on his name inside the game and selecting “Profile”.

I find it difficult to believe the developers are willing to just publicly display such sensitive information without our consent.

This is ridiculous.

I think the community feels this is a more positive update, than a negative one. I can Sympathize with your concerns, and am also apprehensive.

However, as Arabiannoble has said, other game platforms do this as well, and TO is clearly on track to compete in the industry.

The Big plus that will come from this update will be the Clan leader's ability to make better decisions about accepting new members into His/Her clan by actually verifying whether or not the potential applicant is lying on their application.

So, to avoid any confusion, experience, kills, deaths, and crystals earned, are counted from the beginning of the game. Everything else has started being counted as of Friday, October 23, which is when the statistics system was integrated into the game.

So golds and amount of hours each equipment used and the exp earned using it ._. Would be a bit more exciting with them from start, but, I know why there is no record of it.

Can't wait for it :) Another great update!

You are not a terrorist, so why do you care if NSA is spying on you! This is exactly the type of your argument.

How is it not sensitive the information about what you have in your garage? Would the information about what you have in your wallet right now NOT be sensitive to you? Because it is basically exactly the same thing. I have things in my garage, which I bought during my career in this game and I do not want to make them public. Would you like it if your bank decided to make all your purchases public? Of course not. This is exactly what is happening here at the moment.

And I do not care if you have no problem making everything regarding your account public, I do, and I should have the right to be able to HIDE the personal information I consider to be sensitive, for what ever reasons I might have. They are personal, and as a person, I have the right to be as much sensitive as I want about them.

I don't think this is the right place for discussing terrorism and nsa spying....

Well actually, you should worry about them collecting information illegally about you, they have a purpose for doing this, and this information they are gathering from multiple individuals could be used against you in the future or for some other purpose. We know the gov is abusing their position of power by lobbying laws of privacy through false flags (acts of terrorism and prevention of attacks) and the media has been doing a great job of covering this up

Awesome, achievements and ratings are crucial to any game.

I'm glad to see they have finally arrived; I miss the old days with the Hall of Fame.

A few things that I think would be beneficial to include in the Statistics Screen would be the following:

  • Date of account registration, i.e how long the account has been playing the game.
  • Number of flags captured.
  • Number of minutes spent in each game type.
  • Number of minutes spent in each map.
  • Accuracy ratio.
  • Highest D/L ratio, not just the average.
  • Most kills ever achieved in one battle.
  • Most flags ever captured in one battle.
  • Be able to view their friends list.

Also, I have a question. Will other players be able to view your achievements, or are statistics the only thing publicly available for others to see?

Things like the highest kills/flags in a battle will be skewed when there are potentially idle/paused players and one team is dominating the other - making the statistic almost pointless. And also differences between maps - there's a big difference between a flag capture in Island, versus one in Dusseldorf.

Also, viewing someone's friends list would definitely be pushing loss of privacy too far.

Also, highest D/L would be infinite... you only have to join a battle close to its end, and not die for it to be infinite.

Accuracy would be a hard one to do given the behaviour of some turrets.

My wish list would include Favourite map, Favourite mode, and Best score in each map/mode (so you (and others) can see which map/mode you are most succesful at)

Can there be an crystal reward for the achivements so its not that hard to get crystals? As we rank the achivements get harder but the crystals are worth it?

Or can there be a weekly reward for how well you do in ranking like if you come in 1 place you get 20-50k. Or 103,423 place you get 100 cry it makes is that more ez for tankers to get crystals.

Some of us would like to keep a LOW PROFILE, so make tuggle or smth that will make it possible to set our PROFILES ON PRIVATE, just like you did on PREMIUM ACCS

There are mainly two reasons I can imagine why someone would like to "keep a low profile" in this game.

One, they expect a very low D/L ratio, or other aspects of the game, meaning they feel they are noob or of poor performance...

Two, they don't want others to know how many supplies they have spend or how big a buyer they are, meaning they feel they are less than what meets the eye.

I have mixed feelings about those cases.

On the one hand I do accept that players have the right to keep themselves out of range of potential bullies who might use poor stats for making them feel bad about themselves.

On the other hand though, I do wish to strip druggers from the fake glory of their enhanced performance. And profiles that include supplies used so far (in regard to total playing hours or D/L ratio) would expose the real skill of those players.

Both sides are strong within me. Thanks God I don't have to decide that option.
