Problem with banned account

Hello all,

My original account ernestass2121,

So About 7-8months ago I was going to Australia and I wanted to know is it works tanki normal in my friends house(in australia) I gived him account to check, so its worked fine.

And after a week I was in Australia and I realised I got ban...

I emailed help@tanki but they didn't unban... And I'm just don't know what to do  :(  I want to play I was having very good garage. I spent 3 years playing and I got banned... :angry:

You didn't follow the rules. You're not supposed to share your account password with anyone, may it be your elder brother...

Maybe the guy with whom you shared your account did some fraud using your account....

He is good friend and he even isnt playing tanki... I was just asked him to check...

Banned it said that it canont be unbaned because of third country etc.

Well, then you can still play on your account..the only thing is that you can't chat....but you can still play...;)

You openned your account from a different IP adress that's why you were blocked. Try emailing help@tankionline.com and tell them the full story, maybe they will understand. :)
