If you didn't get the random Halloween mission in the first place, or you did not complete it, it is not possible to get the reward.

 

I think those that completed them, but didn't realise they needed to press the claim button before the Halloween event finished, should be given their reward - assuming Tanki has some record of it to confirm a geniune claim.

But i didnt get the mission.I always click the "Claim" button to take my reward... It didnt appear in mission menu.

 

 

The Halloween mission, like normal missions, was random - so not everyone would have got them.

 

I have several accounts - I got the Halloween mission on some, but not others. :)

well last night  about 4 hours  before the server was to close ..i was on English servers and i battled most of the day on it well i noticed and others also did   that the gold was  dropping less and less by the end of the day it was only about 1-2 per game and these were full battles  and good scores in kills..then i decided to jump to Russian 4 server and well what a shock i got i was in a number of battles before it closed and i found gold dropped so much more that i realized they got the better hand on this deal

 

..not only did they have more servers but also more gold dropped..

 

was this fair to the English players no not by far 

 

it was more one sided bonus over the others..

 

also there is more Russian servers over English ones and also less  dutch servers so who won in the gold the Russians

and ..they get the bonuses over other players ... so unfair

Overall, when I played normal Halloween DM battles, there was alot of druggers when I played. I only got like 2 gold boxes in normal Halloween DM. I got 4 gold boxes in Pro Battles and got 2 gold boxes in a row in a gismo XP/BP Battle.

The 10 times Gold Boxes dropping was great though! Loved it how gold after gold came and we self-destructed :P


The discounts were ewwwwwww. Seriously Tanki? 13% Give us 0% if you can give a 13% discount.


What I mainly hate is that it lasted for like a day only. It would've been better if it lasted like the whole weekend.



I hope that this year, Tanki has some better discounts in x-mas and I hope they return last year's Happy New Year (Race) map or something similar to that. I also hope that there's gonna be the same ten times more gold boxes dropping than usual thing too.

Remember, though, that the chance of Gold dropping was multiplied by 10 (from 1/10000 to 1/1000); that doesn't mean that every battle will have the same number of golds dropped since, after all, Gold is randomly dropped.  You can't just say that the Russian battles got more gold than English battles because the Russian battles you were in happened to have more Gold dropped than your English battles.

The only thing the players hate is your arrogance!

Tanki has around 450k unique weekly users, that's down from well over 600k users a year ago!

These celebrations just show the increase in duration that players are logged on playing the game, this is directly associated with the game economy, if you offered 50k available for 30 min to every player who logged on at 01:00 utc the graph would go through the roof if it was well promoted.

Just when I am starting to think there is some real professionals running this platform, you come into the forum to gloat over a reletively meaningless graph.

A year ago we had peak loads of 120k Every day!

I expect this sort of behaviour from teenage trolls, not from representatives of the platform.

To be honest The discount was a little disappointment but the x10 gold-box kinda made the celebration worth it. My friends and i xp.machine,ghihihk.chris2917 and jiangreo yes yes hes back for the night. What im afraid is how tanki is getting less discount I just hope to god there would be at least 1 more 50% AT LEAST 1.  ;) the map was great deathmatch we just camp and when gold box falls on the top and behind the house nobody goes for it the just wait :P got like 15k and a new fail montage :D <3 lags

I shall be honest. I have never, in all my years of playing videogames, had as much fun as I had yesterday. Gold hunting on Halloween DM was the purest form of heaven I have experienced. I am not lying when I say that I cried when 2:00 UTC came to end it all.

 

To any devs who may see this: when the next holiday comes around, forget about the equipment discounts. Don't spend too much time on decorations, or contests, or anything like that. Just give us a new map and make the Gold Boxes drop ten times as frequently.

 

Thank you SO MUCH for a good time yesterday.

It would have been great to have an all weekend event. Today is Sunday and lots of players didn't make it yesterday. Tomorrow kids go to school, so a weekend would fit better. Just my 2 cents.

I had a great time this Halloween, don't get me wrong. The celebration was fun and treats were great. I must say it took a very long time to complete the Halloween mission though. DM battles can become very monotonous after the first hour or two.
The 10x gold broke up the grinding enough to make it enough to make the 4-5 hours it took me to complete. I opted for a no supply with drops and MUs, which required use of several combos and paints to compete.
It was nice to see players once again grinding for hours in the game, many spending 10 hrs or more during the day. Many of the top players spending upwards of 20 hrs in the game.
This is all great, but the reality is players aren't willing to grind for the many hours the economy demands on its users to advance successfully.
It's been way overdue to implement premium accounts, wish it was designed into the game years ago as the main source of revenue. However, it falls short of being something 95 % of players will take advantage of.
I see the new model focusing more on player turnover with experience speed ups, and premium accounts, players will be ill prepared to compete once they enter the M4 arena.
Premium accounts don't provide the value it should. To take advantage of the benefits of the premium account, it still requires players to spend over $100 US per month to get enough crystals to build the kind of garages the premium players wish to acquire.
As long as the producers keep there heads buried in the sand over the defunct economy developed back in 2009 and realize that it is broken, no special events or random contests will fix the problems.
The original game economy was based on a 3.5 million purchaser items. Now it is well over 9 million in purchasables with only a slight change to the economics of the game, with the change to fund distribution the players are actually all losing 40% of what they were once able to acquire, talk about inflation.
To top it all off, marketing and public relations is pitiful for a platform that has the possibility of being a ☆☆☆ MMOG.
