Where have the good sales gone?

Who remembers when in 2014 there where a lot of sales etc for summer 2014 there was a 

Stay cool sale 70% off freeze and all freeze protection paints?

Recently as well where was the last 50% sale it was quite a long time ago.

Why not Get it back and make one for end of November.

i don't think this would create much of a game imbalance who wants there xp combo to look like that.

I remember those sales, apparently Semyon says too much sales ruin the economy, that's why you have peanut sales now. (Like 50% dropped to 40%). Maybe it will be same for New Year's day sale...

The reason why the good sales have disappeared is because now we don't have to buy from M2 to M3, we can buy from M0 to M3, and now there are test drives as well as personal and wholesale discounts so there is less need for big discounts.

Please understand that we can't have 50% sales all the time. Actually, I think we are one of the few games who ever has 50% sales, most just don't do that.

 

Why? Because it affects the game's economy SO MUCH.

 

If Tanki's economy gets ruined, the whole game will be ruined. There won't be 50%, 40%, 25% or any sales. There won't be the game at all.

 

I know that the last year was full of sales, but it actually affected the game in a pretty negative way. Please understand, that the game needs to function steadily to keep living and growing, and giving you fun and enjoyment.

 

If we continued last year's policy, I don't know where Tanki would be now. Probably it wouldn't exist.

 

So yes, it's a 2-sided thing. You love sales, but big sales are dangerous. That's why we limited it to 40%, as a perfect balance between fun for players and balance for the game. Unfortunately, many of you guys didn't understand that.

 

What I ask you to do is to try to understand that it's a lot more complicated then it looks.

Answered. Regular 50% sales proved to be too high for the company and started to have negative impact on their income, hence they will be much rarer now.
