How is Holland/Belgium's (Dutch-speaking countries) gaming market doing? Not too well to be interesting for TO I guess.  :P

You know most of the people consider the Dutch as English speaker. At least to the level of having no issues playing (and paying :) in TO.

The question here is how many more Dutch would play and pay having the Dutch support...

Not necessarily. A business decision can be made based on return of investment. Taking the TO India would cost much more than this TO PL the ROI would be much longer. So, it was cheaper or easier for them to do this first. And there are some other aspects to consider, too.

No one needs it in the indian languages since i agree we got like 386 languages spoken (hell 4 different indian languages are spoken in my house only)

Some Indians are really on learning English. I was in Norway travelling on a bus with an Indian family behind me. The children (3) talked to each other in English only and sometimes asked the parents about a word or expression. 

Lags make the server more important than the language support.

 example of that was a few days ago during Halloween, there was several more servers that came online that day to fulfil the needs.

i`m more referring to the main hosting sites we see in order to go to the servers like Russian 1 or 22 those are what i`m talking about not the company servers to increase demand and really it do`es come back down to tanki due to it cost money to have those servers opened ...there not free tanki has a limited amount of space once used up then they have to pay to play them ..

I meant to reduce or eliminate the lag you need server geographically close to you. The language support would not help in that. I think the first is the good gaming experience, then comes the good support of players. (Needless to say the first would not work long without the second)

If I understand you correctly, you suggest reducing the number of RU server and opening a new ones instead of RU servers?

Of course, because no-one will understand us if we speak Dutch, so we 99,9% of the time speak English. :P I sometimes play with another Dutch player without even knowing it, because we automatically speak English to communicate with other tankers.
