i lost my crystals thanks to tanki

see this is what happened and my ping and FPS was normal

ok issues on Russians server 4 ..was in battle then this happened not sure why

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

first this the block was not being picked up

 

 

 

then this

 

 

 

 

last thing happened ..then i tried again to get back in and i lost all my  crystals again

1) this happens not due to lag, but due to internet connection...when this happened, if you would had noticed, then your ping would had not changed...it stood constant at 94 during the whole process...

I have once experienced this myself...I later came to know that my router was restarting....and for that period, I had no internet and hence he same thing happened..

I know what all happens at that time...

Its internet and not Tanki

The best solution is stay in that page, until a notification comes 'server connection closed, refresh', or you're sure that you have a internet now...after that, refresh the page...

You'll return to the battle (if it hasn't finished(ofc), and you haven't taken more than 2 mins in doing all that)

 

2) and BTW, there's a slight increase in your crystals..not sure what is it for, however...

may be you have low end pc and may be  bad internet this why it happened most of time download stand alone flash player play tanki from there

you mean that you get lag out in game ? some times write because it happened with me also but that is my internet problem

I have experienced this thing, mate. But I immediately came to know that it was always my internet which broke....(coz I use more than 4 apps simultaneously while playing)

The server waits for an automatic reconnect until 5-10 seconds...(in that period, you see tanks turning in circles, etc etc) and if you don't regain a healthy connection, then a black screen appears (like the one you have shown)...

Reloading (after you get back connection) fixes the problem...;)

 

 

 

And all this is NOT because of the server...its definitely your internet.....and I am damn sure about it, sis ^_^

Hi!

That problem has happened to me many times while playing 999 Caps Polygon Xp/Bp but I was lucky because I lost just 400 Score.I think its a problem with Internet Connection or Sometimes Server Lags.You can try Clearing your Cache.

Serene has Explained this problem as...

Can't pickup drop boxes on the Rio. There is no possibility to pickup drop box until it lands on the ground

Reason: Level glitch.

Workaround: Don't try to pickup flying drop boxes, even gold boxes.

Fix is not planned

 

If you lost the battle fund because of that glitch, send an email to help@tankionline.com with your screenshot(Showing the Scoreboard) attached and ask them for help. They will give you a compensation of fund.You can also use forum, PM a mod that is online regarding it, and he/she will be more than happy to assist you.
