No I didn't you can prove it with anything you want.

hahahah you bought ricom2  and now you won't get cry back dude now nothing can happened nothing never and ever you won't get cry back again never i think never :)

All I can say is To Contact the Help Support again but Use some Proof. E.g Screen shot or give them the Following Info.

1. What is your nickname?

2. How many crystals are missing?

3. When did you notice that crystals are missing? Please specify the date.

4. Have you noticed any items in the Garage you have never bought? If yes, please list them.

type those info and mail help@tankionline.com and also change your password.

The More Proof's you have,the more Strong will be your Application.

If you think that your account has been stolen, follow these steps:

 

1. What is your nickname?
2. Have you invested real money in the game? If so, please specify the dates and methods of payments (if you used SMS, write your phone number).
3. Are you someone's referral? (Referrals are players that joined the game by clicking on a banner or a link). If so then enter the nickname of your referrer (the person who invited you to the game.)
4. Which e-mail address your account was linked to after the registration?
5. Which serious bans / punishments were on your account?
6. The last time you entered the game (date)?
7. Where do you play from (country, region, city)?
Please provide a screenshot containing your external IP address from the page http://whatismyipaddress.com and place it on a free image hosting website such as: http://imageshack.us/
8. What is the last hull purchased on your account?
9. What is the last gun purchased on your account?
10. Which e-mail address should the account be linked to in case of a positive decision on the application?

Tanki Online Support checked the IP address from which Ricochet M2 was purchased, and it matched the one from which you are playing. In such cases, nothing can be done about it since they never return crystals for items in your garage which a friend/relative has purchased - security of your account depends on you. ;)

 

Also, since this topic is very old it can be closed.

To all of you: His picture clearly shows he has already contacted Help Desk, and they can not help him, since the item was bought by him/his relatives/his friends. Help Desk always checks IP before making such a statement, so they can not be wrong. If you do not know how to help, please do not even reply, you are only causing a mess.

 

 

As said above, we can not help you. Make sure to change your password (and do NOT share it) so noone can join your acount anymore!
