Unique Death Message for Each Turret

Ricochet: Juggled balls - Penguin40 juggled balls at TestPlayer1. 

 

Mine: Blew up - Penguin40 blew up TestPlayer1

 

:lol:

 

And Thunder self-destruction: Splashed himself - Penguin40 splashed himself 

Ricochet - I like it

Mine - Isn't clear it's a mine (must be obvious for new players)

Thunder - It resembles water, that's why I don't want to use "splash"

I would like if it showed only player 13 mined player 12 only good idea post on ideas and suggestion and I think it will take too much space in screen

I'd say maybe an animation for each turret as well. Different animations for each turret death!

For something like dying to a DD shot, maybe have the turret blow up and fly off your tank completely? (Like in War Thunder when your ammo rack explodes.)

Twins would be your tank looking like it got hit several times with a battering ram.

Same with Hammer.

Shaft would leave giant holes in the spot where it hit.

Firebird would melt them into a puddle and Freeze leaves them frosted.

Smoky would be small holes in the spots where they hit.

I'm not sure about Vulcan.

Isida would have a short-circut effect upon death and the corpse would look like a normal tank without power.

Ricochet would leave yellow splatters all over them.

Railgun would be like Shaft but smaller.

This will happen all the time in Tanki X, if I am sure. I mean the new videos for Tanki X shows that whenever a tank is exploded, its turret is blown off, no matter what weapon.

How about while you're falling play a sound effect of your crew members screaming in terror?

It'd be hilarious.

Tanks in this game don't have crew members. They are controlled remotely by players sitting in a safe area and operating their tank via a mind control device.

Will make understanding in real-time what's going on in battle difficult. Would be much better to add "[turretname]" after the message, to allow people to focus on the info that they want at a single glance.

If the custom hull message is implemented, as suggested by @Yisroel.Rabin, then only seven different messages will be displayed. Unless you want a different message for each hull and turret (which will be 77 custom messages, plus others), I'd recommend just the turrets. I mean, it's the gun that does the killing, for example if a shaft is sitting in his little spying corner and snipes an enemy at their base, who cares if he used wasp or mammoth? Also, I like what @AN_602 said about adding the turret's name after each message to "allow people to focus on the info that they want at a single glance," however how  pointed out, this would significantly increase the length of each death message. I think we can come up with a compromise like @BuriedSky suggested, with a turret symbol coming up next to each death message, and I suggest the killer and victim's turret to show up. In order to make it easy for our beloved TO artists (for now) we can use the same icon that we see in paints' protections:
