I take 1 month off, maybe I quit for ever

As Tanki made the gameplay senseless for me recently, I've decided take one month off.
Most likely I will only show up to my clans training; and then decide if I quit or not.
You can find detailed reasons below in the spoiler.

 

 

So -> Good by all guys & Girls that know me - it was a pleasure to play with you!

We shared some great moments, victories as well as defeats - but most of all we had good times :)

 

Good luck to all of you - especially to the clans Dark Knights, Syndicate, Superia, TheReborn, Wolf Pack, The Elite Force, La Fianna, Black Guard, Madness - and of course the German Clan SCRIN (that might not read here, Germans have their own forum).

Regards as well to some hard working eSports organizers and all the clan-less players I met and enjoyed playing with!

And special thanks to all the determined and engaged players that are active in the forum in order to improve the game (like the guys from the drugs thread or from Kick2.0) !

 

 

Why I leave->

 

 

 

Tanki took away the two things that I liked most.. so I see no reason to continue here. Feels like a waste of time now, where I get no fun in return.

 

• Tanki destroyed clever Freeze gameplay
  All that is left now is an even stronger gun that lacks it's witty gamestyle.

• Tanki messed up my Wasp+Rail combo, that I use 90% of the time
  With the last update I received many MUs for free. But as a result my personal Wasp-Rail combo, has now a highly upgraded turning speed of Wasp and Rail.
  So each time I switch between XP/BP and normal battles, I have to adapt to a different driving and aim, although I use the same tank.
  Hornets or Vikings are not so sensitive to it, but as a Wasp your life relies on perfect driving. A Wasp doesn't forgive your mistakes. Thats the price you pay for using it.
  Get stuck somewhere and die. Miss a single railshot in emergency, and you die.
  And since the update I bump into many walls and miss many fast-shots. This makes no fun.

I was a paying customer and I don't regret my payment. I saw it as a support to the game I liked most. If this game would still be as awesome as it was, I would continue to pay for it.. just as a tribute to the developers.

But this times are over. Tanki treats its community (no matter if paying or not) as bad as I could think off, by still showing a smiling face (marketing).

 

Of course Tanki is happy about people like me. One guy that made his payment and now takes one slot less on the servers. Cost reduction per update.. works great
