Tanki not loading!

I cannot enter any battles, when ever i try to enter a battle the loading window never stops loading. And them i am kicked from the battle due to inactivity while its still loading. Even reloading page has no effect but after several tries it gave this error. HELP!

Reasons: Due to some connection issues(temporary or permanent) some of game resources are not properly loaded into browser's cache, which causes the loading to stuck.

Possible solution: Clear your browser cache. If you are using SA version of flash player or any "client" — you should clear IE cache. Debugger version of flash player can show full information about this problem.

I cleared my browser cache according to the link you gave above but it still did not work. Can anybody help!?

Same thing game wouldn't load for both of my computers, a laptop and a PC. There was no problem prior to update, I never had a problem not being able to enter battles ... EVER. Cache and other "help" is useless, poorly optimized and buggy updates can't be fixed on my end.

Same problem in Firefox also, updated flash player 19.0.0.245. Loading window keeps loading and never stops, i never enter a battle. It was working fine a few days ago.

I was having the exact same problem for the last three days.

 

Upgrading flash does not help. None of the Tanki support info helped either.

 

Doing a complete uninstall and reinstall of flash did.

 

Search on the Adobe. com site "unistall Flash Player".

 

Download and run the unistaller program, clear browser cache, reinstall flash.

 

This worked for me, I have been playing for almost 2 hours with no problems or lag.

 

I hope this helps someone, cuz this was the most annoying problem ever.

I tried it and i downloaded and ran the flash uninstaller, deleted all files that needed to be deleted and still flash player is shown as installed. Its a plugin in chrome so bascially we ended up uninstalling the standalone flash player cause flash comes integrated with chrome. I don't know what else to do this problem is annoying as hell. WTH tanki!

No, one unintstall reinstall did it. I am using firefox with windows 7

So far the most helpful to me was installation of "Leatrix Latency Fix 3"  [2]

It decreased the amount of lags and load time, but will increase the internet use/load.

Actually i checked again and there were few files left in the Flash folder, thats why Flash was still showing as installed. Deleted them and verified in Firefox that flash was gone, restarted the system installed flash again and I WAS ABLE TO ENTER A BATTLE!!

I don't know how long it will last but it seemed to be working fine again on Mozilla. Not gonna try it on Chrome! Firefox and Win 8.1 here.

Thanks to @belle2001 for suggesting the fix! Let other users know that they should follow your advice and get tanki working again.

if tanki not loading..

 press ctrl+shift +delete clear all junks

close browser

download fresh copy of browser and flash player(must be fresh)

uninstall browser

uninstall flash.

disconnect internet

delete download folder

shutdown pc

go out side and play with friends..with or watch tv :)

problem solved
