when typing into admins or mods in open chat ..i`m finding that they are not seeing our chats for questions to them and players like my self are feeling like were being ignored ..what i have been told is when players type in to them to ask question they seem not to be able to see players due to it being all one screen color...is there any way to give them a color so they can see each chat in different colors

When people see admins in the chat, many people say hi and ask questions. It's really hard to answer so many questions at once. If you are really desperate to contact an admin, you should use the forum PM. When the admins are on the game, they are also moderating the server at the same time so to answer many many questions and do their work isn't an easy task. If they get the chance to reply they most likely will but the forum PM is the best way to get a response.

i have done that and i find it way faster asking in open chat due to they talk to u right then and there most of the time and if i don`t get the answer to my question then i will ..but right now this has been a on going issue to mods i just had one this morning telling me that he never seen it but he did see his friends chat of saying hello

Nothing we can do, unfortunately, we sent this as an issue to developers since icons were first introduced, but it cannot be changed. 

 

Trust us, we're becoming ill of this sickly green ourselves...

i fully understand from a players and a mods issues.

 

.we all have the same

mainly when players like me have so many wanting to chat all at once but you only can get so many and you do miss

 

its not your being rude to anyone but we need to get this fixed .

this can be changed ..they did it for the icons for mods and admins to stand out so why can`t they .

 

and in my books can`t is not a word ..its a broken word  up of two words ...can and not ...so it can be done... but will it not ..with out making a big issue about it....

I can agree with you, in those screenshots by chat administrators / moderators, I see that the color is really green and it hearts the eyes as well...
