Battle goes up to LT Gen, M0 Twins/Wasp joins my team. In the same way I don't play with Gismos cause I don't have M4 gear, why is this joining a battle like this???

the problem is that I know that as long as he is doing something he cant be banned. but with his combo we might as well be playing with one less player.

If he is playing, you are stuck, if he is multing, you are stuck but can do something about it latter. If he is a nug and a mult, kill him with fire.

Really depends on the case my kind sir, it really depends. On what you may ask? Well, there are two kinds of players (in this case): One kind of player, that just wants to mult, and then there's another player that legitimately cannot afford or isn't good enough to earn the standards of an M2 combo (or whatever ever average modification is common at his rank). It's not his fault he isn't good at the game, for all we know, he might even think he's pretty good at the game. You can't tell such a person that if he can't obtain the standards, he can't play. That just wouldn't be fair to him.

Did you check his profile? If he has better equipment in his garage, then as far as I know he can actually get banned for intentionally making his team weaker by using worse equipment.

 

I just checked it and turns out that he literally has nothing better than his M2 wasp and M0 twins. In that case he has no choice but to use them in battle, so he can't get a ban. Kinda feel sorry for this guy, and especially his teammates  :lol:

Anyways, in LOL I believe it is possible to get banned for being an "unskilled player". I think that in tanki what I mentioned in the opening post should be considered a form of sabotage (the reasons are obvious..)

if you dont like lower ranked under equipped players then you should maybe think about playing higher ranked players

Unless someone admits they're using lower tier equipment out of sheer malice, that shouldn't be a bannable offense. Maybe he wants to branch out and try a new turret before he sinks loads of money into it. The differences between the Ms are big but not gamebreakingly huge; a skilled player using lower tier gear can still be just as good as a bad player using higher tier gear. Having fun or playing differently should not be a bannable offense. Perhaps we should make using weaker turrets, even if properly upgraded, bannable. (Let's face it-you can't perfectly balance everything. If everything really was perfectly balanced we'd probably see a more even spread of turrets) Or having low skill bannable. Or being new. Any rule that requires being the Stop Having Fun Guy is a stupid rule.
