R.I.P Jonah Lomu

Recommended Posts

On 18 of November, Jonah Lomu died. He died unexpectedly, but had been diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome, a serious kidney disorder. He continued playing rugby, and in 2004, was given a kidney transplant.

But I guess I haven't explained why he means anything.

Jonah Lomu was arguably the best player of rugby ever (please don't start an argument on that). He was 6"5', and weighed 119 kgs. He was a magnificent player, at one point running through seven players, and very well known for scaring YES SCARING other rugby players. He easily ran through Australian, French, English, even New Zealander players, and could knock down any player, just by running into them.

After he left the game of rugby because of his sickness, he want on to help charity organisations and raise money for many diseases.

He was known as an amazing player of rugby, but an even better man. RIP Jonah Lomu.
