Tanki is copying from other games

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hey, I stopped playing about a year ago, but still got some of the "We miss you" thingys when I could.

at this year I was (and still am) playing Planetside 2 and Call of duty.

After a month of playing it was clear to me TO is copying from them.

So the first thing I've noticed is the Vulcan- in planetside THERE IS a weapon called Vulcan. it makes a good damage at close range, and works like a machine gun built on tanks and harassers (a vehicle in planetside).

from the first impression of vulcan in TO I noticed it, it's just ridicolous.

Second thing- Premium accounts... maybe not from planetside only, but it's just the same- 50% more exp. and in-game money, etc. it just kills it....

There are lots of other things, can't really remember by now.

Another something I wanted to mention-

In 99% of the games, there is an option to get things by real money. in most of these games you only get costumizations and stuff like that, even weapons sometimes.

In tanki tho, there are weapon upgrades- and they cost a LOT. let's look at planetside- there are hundreds of weapons you can use, there is no "good" or "bad" weapon- it's about the one using it.

in planetside, you can play for days to get a weapon M2, OR if your parents allow you or something (20% of the times) you can get it for no time.

combining with these **** kits and drugs, camos, MU, Hulls- it's OP af. please.. take care

Try having fun playing thinking about it ^

see you in the battlefield (not of tanki online)

All mmo's pretty much follow the same rule, play to upgrade or pay to upgrade faster. Vulcan is in loads of games, bit unfair saying tanki is copying a paticular game as its in 100's already.

dota 2 and league of legends both copy right

That's not actually true. DotA started out as a mod of warcraft 3, and one of the people who had helped to work on it wanted to make more money, and thus he left and created lol. A little while ago, DotA 2 was made, basically the same as DotA one, but with skins, items and so on. And clearly neither of the two is copyright, otherwise they'd have sued the other.

In Monopoly, you make money by making people bankrupt. In Tanki, you get crystals from killing people. Tanki is copying from Monopoly! How immature! Bad Bad Tanki!

Of course we all know the reason is because both Tanki and Monopoly are owned by Iluminati.

Edit:

1. In Risk, you gain reinforcements from taking countries, in Tanki you gain XP from taking points. Tanki copied Risk.

2. In Axis and Allies, you use tanks to blow up other tanks, in Tanki, you use tanks to blow up other tanks. Tanki copied A&A.

3. In Minecraft there are blocks of gold, in Tanki, there are boxes of gold. Tanki copied Minecraft.

4. In Star Wars, there are plasma guns, in Tanki there are plasma guns. Tanki copied Star Wars.

5. In Halo, you can play online multiplayer, in Tanki you have to play online multiplayer. Tanki copied Halo.

6. In Candy Land, you try to win, in Tanki you try to win. Tanki copied Candy Land.

All these things show that Tanki is just a game copied from other things. There is absolutely no originality in it. We should stop playing right now!

Yo, Vulcan was available more than a year an a half

Call of duty copied the power ups, you know they were in the game since it started so no complaining

Call of Duty SUCKS!

For a game, Tanki is actually fairly original.

Also, Vulcan is presumably named after a real life machine gun - the M61 Vulcan - rather than being stolen from another game, if that makes you feel any better. Furthermore, Ricochet was originally called Vulcan when it was first introduced somewhere between 2008 - 2011 ( I forgot the exact date ). The game Planetside 2 didn't even launch until late 2012. Perhaps Planetside copied from Tanki, eh?

Premium Accounts exist in nearly all games, so it isn't exactly a "theft" that Tanki has them as well.

As for your last paragraph, you may have some fair points, but it was written in a confusing/contradictory way that made it difficult to understand.
