I have checked out some players stats, and their playing m3's and only have 6-8 hours playing time how is this  posable ?

Playing time is just since the stats update was released. So a person with m3s could have only played for a few hours in the past few weeks

As said above, the "hours played" counter for different equipment and game modes only started recently - on the 23rd of October. So everyone's time displayed in those statistics is only for the past four weeks from that date. It is not the actual total time they spent playing on that account.
