So my main account which i invested alot of money into is blessed with being suspended

tried support no help

so called 'Hello.
Unfortunately, account return is impossible.'

I always knew this game was unfair but i didn't think it would reach to the extent of removing my account because they detected fraud .. fraud of what.

i verified my id for my card they unblocked my payment system then blocked it again then ban me for a week then suspend me perfect.

At the end of the day this game is always going to be unfair in support wise I'm pretty sure english is not their first language they detect a misunderstanding and they deal with it but hey it finally woke me up ..

had me thinking why is everyone leaving the game smh nubs

now i understand why staff is no help , support garbage .

sooner or later something will happen not gonna say what will happen but no worries

Not all staff members are like the support ones, mods are doing their job very well, unfortunately, there isn't enough of english mods. You're not first and definitely not last, i hope they will do with it something.

So everyone gonna say, 'Good Luck in real life', 'Enjoy your life', when his account got suspended for something which he never did that too not for hacking but fraud, where he used real bucks, You guys are going to say 'Enjoy life' instead of helping him out and make him get his account back. GG Forum.

 

Lord Aca: If your card was valid, you should not leave until you get your account back. Ask them what do they want you to do in order to prove that you did not fraud and your card was totally legit. I feel bad for you. Good luck, brother.
