Some Warrant officer players aren't aware of the game rules as they just started the game, most of the time they won't know what to do. And there are facebook battles hosted by the Facebook mod team, you can join that. Other than, I don't recall a tournament for low ranks like warrant officer.

In addition to the above:

Tournaments are organised only for experienced, adequate players, who all have mutual respect for each other, the opponents and the organisers alike. They know how eSports work and tend to demonstrate a more serious approach to official competition, each team showing a lot of determination to win.

 

Many lower ranks are just not experienced/dedicated/mature enough to be able to participate in an organised tournament. Besides, there is nothing stopping high ranks participating in such a tournament with an alternate low rank account, which would make the whole competition completely unfair and pointless.
