Moderators should organize more contact with they community, like LIVE i don't know where maybe at Youtube, Twitch, Facebook or somewhere else! For example: Semyon Kirov Live Answering on Questions

The comment who have most likes are given to Semyon Kirov to answer in LIVE so there will be no more ignoring, lame answers or what :huh:

You're confusing moderators with developers and Community Managers (CMs). Moderators are normal players such as myself, who volunteered to help keep the project social places and resources clean. Developers and CMs are the ones, who answer questions and give out information about updates and plans.

 

Developers are trying their best to communicate with players more, but unfortunately they are way too busy with planned updates for this game as well as Tanki X, so they can't talk to players much at the moment. But whenever they have free time - they do often use it to answer questions, the answers to which you can often find in Developers' News topics and in the V-logs. Other than that there isn't much more they can do.
