Question about Payment

My dad and I were trying to buy crystals the other day via credit card. The site said I was blocked making transactions and my dad can't make transactions anymore. I tried looking for a question about it on the help site and I couldn't find it at all. I don't know what to do. Should I email Tanki support or something else? I don't know. If I do need to email support, what should I include in the email? If someone can help me quickly, that would be great! Thanks.

then contact help@tankionline.com  from your email linked to your tanki account

No I mean like what should I type in the email I send to them. I obviously know that I should do that. Like is there any specific stuff I should put 'in' the email when I email them about this.

Sorry I was typing fast... Also it did't work. They didn't respond. You know how like you have to go through specific steps on what to say when your account was hacked or whatever? Is there certain steps for this?

they won't respond suddenly it will take some time if your problem is big  don't you get tanki token ?  they will ask you questions

No I know that but there is an email stating that they got it but I didn't get that yet. It is normally 5-10 mins they say they got it but its been a hour and a half now... So ya...

you send email to help@tankionline.com from the  account your tanki is linked etc gmail/yahoo  and if you send them mesg  you would recive a token

Well it's been 4 hours and still nothing....

It doesn't actually takes 4 hours, it can take even longer than that, depends on how many email they gets a day, because you are not the only one sending email, there are many other players maybe sending them email. Please be patient, they will get back to you as soon as possible. :)

I know that but I am saying though that I didn't get a confirmation email yet saying they got my email.
