Long loading time and impossibility to join battles at first

Lately, I'm having the issue mentioned in the title of the topic. It takes too much time to load when I've logged in and when I'm trying to join a battle. It keeps on loading and loading.

 

Unfortunately, this is not my only problem. When I'm finally logged in, I can't join a battle when I click on one.

 

It takes incredibly much time before I can finally join a battle, because the battle usually doesn't show up as shown on the picture above. Only after having gone to the garage, which also take too long, I can easily go from battle to battle without needing to wait before the picture of the battle and the option to join appear. 

 

During a battle it also takes incredibly long to go to the garage, and sometimes it just fails resulting in me being kicked out of the battle due to some sort of error. 

 

Note that I've already cleaned my flash and browser cache. My internet speed (PING) is usually fine.

Edit: For those who are having the same issue, please specify which browser you're using when the problem occurs. I'm using Opera.

Edit: Up to now, according to the players' feedback, the problems occur on Opera, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome.

Edit: According to a speed test, my PING is just fine. The strange thing is that on the battlefield I'm always getting a PING around 100.

Edit: As I tried all other possibilities (I currently know of), I've downloaded Standalone. When playing the game via Standalone, everything loads at a decent speed. I'm having a PING of around 15 while playing the game.

i have been experiencing the same problem, the battle took me 8 minutes to load

my net speed is normal and no problems in any other things

but nowadays my lags have increased even though my ping stays under 100 most of the time, then suddeny going to 600

its definetly not my net

cleared my cache  :rolleyes: not working

 

another thing i would like to add is that sometimes the battle doesnt load properly and thus resulting in some weird glitches like buildings black and all

Which web browser do you use ? Try installing Maxthon Nitro . This browser is the fastest I've experienced so far, and I'm sure it will help you if you're not already using it ! Also, try going to fixit.tankionline.com or esports.tankionline.com instead of tankionline.com. Those websites start the game as if you've never played it before, and are slow at the beginning, but they will get faster.

I have no problems with facepalms. :P Nice picture. I haven't had problems with Opera so far and I'd like to keep using it. Therefore I'll first try other possible solutions before installing a fifth browser on my computer. :P

guys use mytankapp search in google and  use it im expierencing   a fullgraphics  without a single lag and my pc  got 2gb ram before it was laggy  offing all graphics but now with full graphics im able to  play  type like this in google and 1st link with russian words just download it and install-->open my tank

seriously high graphics (nope its just a little bit better than before)

but battle loading is extremely fast and by extreme i mean its 2x or even 3x faster now

Yeah I got this issue sometime but I have a good Internet connection. I think it's due to the Tanki server  :wacko:
