Brown screen

When i was using mouse controls in a battle i knew i was going to get a lot of crystals from that but brown screen came to ruin the fun and there was 30 minutes of the battle still left and i had to quit.

This is a well known problem. It is caused by a visualization engine issue when mouse control is enabled in settings. 

• If you are playing in an internet browser, simply refresh the page. The glitch should be resolved, and you will return to the same battle with the same score as when you refreshed. 
• If you are playing in Standalone Flash Player, close down the player, and re-open the exact server where you were playing (find a list of server links here). The glitch should also be resolved, and if done quick enough you will return to the battle without losing your score. 

A fix is planned, but the developers can also use your assistance. Help the developers solve the problem by providing information on the glitch in this official topic.
