why can't we see kits ending dates?

Either A) Kits now last forever, or B) the timer was removed to make it more of a surprise. Or maybe it's a bug. Who knows? ^_^

The folder update for turret and hulls makes it just a bit easier to manage I guess, but please, paints is now even worse!!! Before the update all my good paints were at the end so all I had to do was scroll the mouse once and BOOM, it was easier. Now the paints are at the start so it takes longer to select a paint, please fix this :( :( :(

CP is my life... looks like the update killed the only mode I play in this game.

I'm pretty sure that they ruined the CP mode to prepare ourselves for Tankix. They said is more attractive now, well the reality is completely different. The CP is now nonsense, tomfoolery. Bye bye good and strong battles, bye bye "comebacks", bye bye large battles .. In a battle is 16-16 with a 8000 fund, in other is 50-5  with 2000 fund .. To unstable for me, i'll go for CTF ..

So, I just played my first cp battle since the update. I thought the cp update sounded nice, but after trying it I am not impressed. I am good with tanki wanting to offer the losing team a chance at a win, but I feel this was not the best way to do that. I was in a battle that kept going back and forth and it was a constant struggle. I think if they want to let the losing team acquire more points they should do what they are doing now and make it less time to capture it, but ditch the whole taking points away from the other team thing.

 

On the bright side I loved the garage update and you do get a bigger battle fund in cp mode, especially pro cp battles. I would love to see tanki change the cp or at least give us an option in pro....that way everyone would be happy.

No, I don't think that's the case, this is all research for Tanki X, I'm actually surprised they have been able to code all these new updates into the flash platform, especially when Hazel said most of these things were not possible to do in the flash plugin and Alternativa graphics engine about two years ago. 

 

What really surprises me is that they do not discuss all the good things they have done, and give players the facts on the possibilities for players to compete now with premium accounts, missions,and personal discounts. 

 

I've been trying to research it but there is very little info on these things and it is one of the biggest reasons players are, as Hazel says " the whiners club" or hardcore players that have been around since before the re-balance and it is pointless to discuss these things.

 

Us players in the "whiners club" are the ones who have been screwed over during the transitions (updates) that have taken place over the last few years, are new players in the same boat as we were in, or do they have better deal than we did?

 

Poor, poor, poor.... communication and marketing. 

Tanki needs to See The Big Picture, Without Losing Sight of The Details.

 

I really think its quite possible that new players have it better, but we will never know because Tanki has never taken the time to understand its players concerns, what is reality to us veterans may not be the same for new players entering the game, in other words, its too late to help the hardcore veterans in the game because it would make it way to easy for new players. 

 

There are two possibilities; One -  they are really trying to make the economy balanced, or Two - they are just devising new ways to treat the new players the way they did to the veterans of the game in a never-ending cycle of manipulation to reap as much from as many as they can, since they did it to the veterans and they still keep coming back.

 

The latter is like playing Russian roulette, you have to ask the question, what happens if they don't come back?

can't agree more..but the thing I hate the most is the fact that they don't take players opinion as relevant..which one of them (Devs) can assure me (with facts) that CP update is good?..in last almost 2 years it's the only mode I play..more then 4 milion XP earned there (from almost 6 milions XP in total)..or newbies that comment "epic" and similar comments..this screws solo players..takeovers have never been easier,trust me,I am part of raid team,but that doesn't provide satisfaction,to leave opp team on 0..they played,and they should earn at least something..but,as any recent screwed update,this update too have objective to force players on buying..sad..

I must be the only one who likes the CP update  :wacko:  :unsure:  :wacko:

 

Because in a Polygon CP battle, the battles are a LOT more fun and intense now, and you don't get boring games that are 100-0 that used to drag -_-

 

As for the garage update... I prefered the old way the garage used to look to be honest, because it takes longer to change your equipment now.

My first feel from garage change was wow, finaly something good, but aftert using it is worst as before, because the change of

equipment now last more time. It is bad :-( It would be enought for me to have the old one looks but with the possibylity to priorize favourte equipment or to have special section where we can place our favourte equipment. I dont need to see my old M0 or basic paint in the front of equipment overview

get tired of so much struggle by the points and look at your points and see that this almost 0 then begin to abandon the battle leaving the team the disadvantage.

 

 

it will always give the victory to others. it that way is unjust this new mode. for those who struggle to always win and because of other players lose.

and as rewards for his hard battle will not receive the merited crystals as before. thanks to final score of the team.

and I noticed that the points increases in less time, before linger a little longer.

Yes, some do I guess. But you haven 't tested the new CP mode yet, so what to think about your comment? ;)

 

The garage update is good, if they can (don 't know if they can) make some tweaks it can be great.

 

The CP mode is just bad. I think about quiting that mode completely.

Best battles imo were longer CP battles: but you have to be pretty nuts to go on a lengthy CP now or

another possibility: you like to gamble a lot...

 

edit: forgot the third option: you are part of a take-over team or as I look at them: plain fundrobbers. -_-

impossible to play with mults in team.. hamo2014 talked to his (I suppose) friend.leaving short before round end with D/L 8:39 after him this last dude joined,Jorikmherik,0:6 D/L..tell me devs (after this post I'll call you braindead worms) how to play after this update,with point counting every 4-5 seconds with mult in the team?..it was hard to play with mult tilčl now,you can't even imagine situation nowdays..do you have any solution?..still waiting for any repply..or u simply don't care??..

Yes, a CP is like a seesaw now. Your team looses points if they don 't hold the CP-point(s).

 

Yesterday I was in a Polygon Pro CP and we were clearly leading when we had a lag.

After the long lag many of our team had left and the substitutes were...how to put it mildly...less skilled. ;)

 

So it went completely the other way around after the lag and we lost big time.

 

That 's CP now. Like "Forrest Gump" would say (slightly altered):

"CP is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you 're gonna get"

Not only has this ruined cp battles but it is now weighted in favour of cheaters who load sabotage and mult tanks on to your team this is with out doubt the worst update made to a battle format I have seen in 3 years
