Changes in garage and reworked CP

It's really cool! But as for CP, with muaps that only have 1 point, i think it might not be the best idea, since changes can occur rapidly, which will keep the score relatively low, which might actually have negative effects on the gameplay.

 

Anyway, what about adding a tab to the garage for combinations that you like? For instance, have 3 free slots, where you can put your most-used or favorite combinations?

SlowPow: Good question. I thought CP with 1 point will be as before. Hope someone answer this.

 

Free slots for saving your tanks combinations would be nice :), But for now I am just glad they have make the garage quicker to look through.

A new partner and investors are the primary funding for projects. That being said, Tanks does make money, who knows how much is unclear as is with all f2p games with internal purchases of virtual goods, no disclosure is required on virtual purposes, unlike companies that use bitcoin, steam, etc for purchases where revenues are posted.

If I had to make an educated guess like CNBC did regarding Putins net worth, I'd estimate monthly earnings of $250-$350k

Nice update! Down to the buzzer CP matches are a lot of fun and this will make them more common.

 

The garage categorizing is also a nice addition. I still wish we could switch between XP and BP in XP/BP battles, but that's a pretty minor thing. Kudos to the devs for continuing work on TO even with the huge Unity project looming over their heads!

i bet that arabs give over half from those money xD

Anyway,a passionated Arab player can buy full Tanki Online?

Some arab from very rich family with millions and millions of dollars...

The garage update is meh... The CP update I still don't fully understand it, I'll play and if I change my mind about I'll com back here. Since the score cap update I pretty much only play DM or CTF, the other two modes (TDM and CP) are ruined (since score cap) for me and it doesn't seem like this update will solve it, if not perhaps it will even make it worst.

Not really, since Operating budget alone must be 200k a month just to keep the doors open. Look at LOL 52 MILLION/ month revenue

As far as I'm concerned, Tanki X can't come soon enough, and if it has a great system that meets the concerns of the flash players, and builds on making revenue through player growth, making smaller revenue from each player, vs milking players more and more as they get more invested in the game as the current model does, I would market this game from the rooftops to make it successful.

The garage system is ok, but once you've played the game for almost 5 years you kinda know by memory where your most used Turrets and Hulls are, and the best paints are at the back. :LOL:

 

Also for the CP mode I don't think losing points is the right idea. I think the losing team should just gain points more quickly.

It would be okay I guess when I switch paints so i dont have to scroll through the entire list. It makes no change for hulls since I only use hunter, and for turrets, my main turret is fire, the first listed and my second is twins, and my third is shaft.

The CP update will only make the win/lose totally randomise in accordance with the situation in less than 30 seconds before the end of the match, unless one of the teams is giving up. Once you play, you will find out.

This update just removes the situation I pointed out a month or so ago regarding Poly CPs being the most profitable game to play in tank with funds averaging 30% higher than any other battle type. Now funds will be in line with ctf battles.

Yes, I know. Any update most recently is to make players tend to buy crystals.

Finding what I want in my garage will be much easier now! Great job on that idea! I like the change to control point so that losing teams can win when reinforcements finally come. It sucks when the score is 10 vs 60, and at even 10 vs 30 the losing team wants to give up as there really is not much a point when outnumbered or out gunned, or out drugged.
