Kits problems

I was in a lieutenant general rank (3 stars) and had a Raiden kit available to purchase (only this one kit was available)

Once I was promoted to a general rank, a new kit was available to purchase which replaced the Raiden kit.

 

The time of expiration of the Raiden kit did not arrive when I advanced in the ranks. It just vanished from the garage list.

 

So I have two questions:

1.Why can I see only one kit to purchase and not all the kits available for my rank like it used to be several weeks ago?

2. Why when I advance in ranks, the old kit which was available at my old rank cannot be bought anymore?

•              1-Kits are available for specific Ranks Limit.For Example Raiden Kit is Available from Brigadier to Lt.General.So if you got promoted to General, it has to disappear becoz its not available for Generals,And Kits are not always in the Garage.They are introduced by Developers for Specific Time and Specific Ranks.Some Kits are in the Garage for 5 days,Some for 1 week and so on...
