problem premium payment

hello everyone I'm Italian. I try to buy the premium with paysafecard 1 month to 10 Euros, opens the page for payment and makes me choose + 30 days + 10 Euros or 28 Euros 90 days, 30 days, but after I click on it does not open the window for data and payment why? could you help me thanks

yes it's happend to me too paysafe card and mypaysafecard the same problem i like to know if someone els used the same problem with a paysafe

 

i try about 5 days long and get always the error 5 or this messege (Dutch "Deze paysafecard-pincode is niet toegestaan voor betalingen bij deze webwinkel. Hier vindt u meer informatie over bij welke webwinkels u wel kunt betalen met deze pincode.

halo i'm Dutch , can some one help me ?

i cant buy my premium acc. with a paysafe card i try for 5 days and get always a messege -Parameter key or uid is missing (error code 05) -

of in mypaysafecard (other+ - paymentwal - paysafe) - Deze paysafecard-pincode is niet toegestaan voor betalingen bij deze webwinkel. Hier vindt u meer informatie over bij welke webwinkels u wel kunt betalen met deze pincode. -

I got email from tanki help support, aske them if you dont believe

i believe you its not that problem but tankionline have to delete dat paymethode becouse peapel buy some tickets from paysafe to spend it in tankionline and than they can nothing to do with it becouse it not works .
