they rnt random people, most dont have lightsabers, ant the lightsabers are more elegant  and less clumsy then a  blaster.

That's because in 5,6,7 they aren't clone troopers. :P

 

Once Order 66 came in the production of clones was ordered to stop. So they are just trained-up volunteers wanting/forced to fight for the empire. Even in 4 there wasn't many clones left. They died out due to the increased growth rate given at birth.

 

Also the reason storm troopers are poor fighters is because the Empire never have the money and recourses to give their troopers better training unlike the Republic.

ya I gusse its because of good guy bad guy type of thing, the good guys always gave to be better than the bad guy and so they had to decrease the skill of the troopers to make them bad guys. :lol: I guess that happens to all traitors in a movie unless they are going to turn agen. :( like Darth Vader. didnt kylo say they should start cloning again, not that they had clones currently? not sure

kylo isnt a sith, hes the leader of the knights of ren.
