Q_Q cool, anybody like diary of the wimpy kid(I do!) the realeased a new book

Okay. I'm gonna be straight with you here.... diary of a wimpy kid is rubbish..... (just my opinion no hate plz). Listen; diary of a wimpy kid had 3rd grade vocabulary and cartooned illustrations that take up half the book. And judging by the 9+ age rating it just seems like the perfect excuse for a lazy reader to bring in a short book. I had a sleepover a my friends house a few years ago when i was 11, when we had to go to bed i was bored so i went over to his bookshelf and i found the full series of Diary of A Wimpy Kid. i was a slow reader when i was 11 and i still read two of the books they where mildly entertaining for the 3 hours that i read them and full of 8th-grade-boy-humour :/.

but there are some good thing about it to.... i think...

Please, everyone quote this and give me some feedback.

I got one of the books for my 10th birthday, I got through about 2 pages and then put it down because it was too simple, at that age I was more interested in Anthony Horowitz and Garth Nix. At the moment I'm reading The Disappearing Spoon, which is about the history of the periodic table and has the story of every element we've discovered or created, it's really good but took me a few months to read the first time, now I'm reading it again because it's such dense reading material, :P and thats how I like it.

1) Age 12. almost 13
2) real name ( optional) Anon Hunter
3) English Level ( 0/10) 10/10 (I'm assuming you mean, "How fluent are you of the English language?")
4) country USA
5) love to read? (0/10) 10/10
6) Why Do You Want To Join This Club? No reason in particular, I just like reading and thought, "Why not join the book club?"
7) Want To Say Few Things About Yourself? A home schooled child, youngest of several (several several), and a T.O. lover. <3

Hey, guys im thinking about making a blog, what do you guys think any advice?

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLLL.

I'm studying English language at the mo nad my homework is to write a blog, :P

So yeah structure it, make sure you have an introduction that will catch people eyes when they start reading, then have the main part, then a conclusion/ending that will make people want to read more(if you're going to write more than one post).

they are horrible... people my age (13+) should be reading better things than those book... unless they arnt good unuff readers to pick up a good book and read it and read a developing storyline... you know what I mean? The first part of a book is the introduction parts... develop background and fill in the characters, I think that's a hard part for medium yo low level readers... no action, just background building. It stops after 1 or 2 chapter but it is boring to them. So they read things like dairy of a wimpy kid that doesn't have indethp characters. It is a bore to read.

That's my opinion and you can take it or leave it...

If you like Alex Rider, you'll love Robert Muchamore. I love the CHERUB series, has anyone read the end of the new one?

Yeha I've read a couple of them, they're good too, :D

I usually only get books from charity shops when we go to england so I've only read about 3 of them.

The medusa books are also utterly awesome.
