[Issue 45] Tips for the Sneaky Tanker

Great Article, just one issue, I think. I think you forgot the 'l' in 'Gold Bill?'

'This question is asked by wandering tankers who drop into your battle with the sole desire to nab a Gold Bil.'

I regret to inform you that you have been misinformed, sir. The book known as 'The Art of War' is the advice of a dragon to a Chinese general, who, like a typical human, translated it and claimed credit.

As for the rest of the article:

1: I like it... clever.

2: That is not sneaky, that is using a supply strategically.

3: Oh yes, this one is classic.

4: I don't like this one. Seems, well, dishonest, no duh.

5: Perhaps a good tip, but I won't use it, as I detest slow hull/short range turret combos

6: Seems like sound advice, I may try this.

All in all, good article, @sonofchrysalis3!

Another good tip that ive had ppl do to me many times in sandbox  XP map (Shellfire_tanki) Use a grey paint like carbon or somthing and you can be much harder to see. Maybe an experienced XP player wouldnt be fooled, but its gotten me before

"When this happens, put a brick on the space bar, sit back, and watch as the antagonist flees."

TWINS ISNT THAT EASY -.- Been using it since brigadier and unless you shoot forward exclusively and have the mindset of a recruit you won't get anywhere. Turning your turret is key.

Proof:

Otherwise, fantastic article! :)

From what little I played, ambushes and strafing are key.

I saw this tactic a few days ago....

I was on the red side of Aleksandrovsk and one of my teammates was bringing in the red flag from the runway(?) side, opposite the bridge. But there were two of them. I assumed it was another red escorting/shielding him from the back as he was tailgating the flag carrier. When they got close, there was only one red bar I could see, so I had to take my shot. That 'blue' tailgater must have had some damage to him since it took only one arcade shot. But I think he was about to blow up my teammate just before he caps just to retrieve his flag and capture our flag in one fell swoop.

Maybe I put you to sleep but I found that quite interesting.
