Problem with a Paysafe card ? or Paymentwall ?

Halo everyone,

 

i have al for 5 days fighting with a paysafe card i like to buy a premiumaccount but its a high level for me i gaz ..

can somebody help me out .

i cant buy my premium acc. with a paysafe card i try for 5 days and get always a messege -Parameter key or uid is missing (error code 05) -
of in mypaysafecard (other+ - paymentwal - paysafe) - Deze paysafecard-pincode is niet toegestaan voor betalingen bij deze webwinkel. Hier vindt u meer informatie over bij welke webwinkels u wel kunt betalen met deze pincode. -

no becouse they send alwys a standard mail its going about nothing just blablabla

i want to know the answer from Paysafe , i'm just waiting than i'll compair who is right who not

          TankiOnline doesn't handle these incidents related to payments, because there are different companies that you make your payment through and you're actually not making the payment to TO from your account directly to them, but it goes through the intermediary company that handles the financial service.

          I use PaySafeCard for my payments and on the first one I made I had errors too.

          I raised a ticket (SR - Service Request / Inquiry) with paymentwall and I found out they wanted to check my Identity to prevent any kind of fraud. Which I did and everything after that worked fine for all my payments.

          I suggest when anyone has an issue with this to start an inquiry as well with Paymentwall and can do that via your TO account, log in, go to paysafecard and there you have a menu "my account" for everything is needed. Just have a lot of patience with them until they are able to understand what your problem is, because they really don't seem to know to ask specific questions so that you can provide replication steps they need :lol:

          Also make sure you have PaySafeCard option in the very first window that opens when you click on crown icon from your TO menu. If you need to go to "other" and select it from there it might not work, as it never worked for me, as there are some issues / differences with the currency (e.g. Euro is displayed as USD and this is wrong). I already forwarded this some kind of error to TO some time ago to remove it from the second menu option and it was never fixed/changed. Nor paymentwall was able to understand my request, no matter how many explanations and printscreens I provided to them. :lol:

TO says Euro 10, PaySafeCard via "other" says US 10 and actually that payment doesn't work :)
